There are pizza places and then there are pizza places. But, all pizza places are not always open when you "need" some food. For example, you are out all day and night and at 3am when you "need" a pizza, everyone is closed. Well, there is one place in San Francisco that is still open for delivery. That place, is North Beach Pizza. North Beach Pizza has been serving up cheesy pizza to San Franciscans since 1982. And, to be honest, their pizza is pretty good. I think the crust is a little too thick, but then again, most Californians like their crust a big thicker...especially in the town famous for it's bread. So, next time you are looking for some late night pizza in SF, check out North Beach Pizza....if Amici's is closed. :)

Kasugai Roasted Hot Green Peas
Snacking on some Kusagi roasted hot green peas, you know, the green wasabi peas that are crunchy. This batch seems especially spicy, maybe they are just fresh or something. I am trying to decide what to have for dinner tonight. The Duke ladies are coming over to watch the Duke vs. Maryland game and I am not sure I want to hang out for that one. But, it might be even funnier to be someplace else and have someone ask me what I am doing there tonight. "My girlfriend has a bunch of girls over tonight to watch the game." That could sound really funny, really funny. But, I think I will have to head over to Nick's Crispy Tacos for the best tacos of my life. I will have to ask Nick if they will start to deliver those things already.

Chez Nous Restaurant
Looking for a some great food, great atmosphere and great service? How about Chez Nous, located on Fillmore between Bush and Pine? Chez Nous is finally accepting reservations, which is encouraging, but where is the fun in that? This is a great place to have dinner with your soul mate to discuss the higher meaning of life. Small intimate tables are scarce in this "small" little Fillmore joint, but they are not small on flavor. Great wines and great dishes, like Lamb chops and other great Mediterranean tapas style greats are made even better by the freshly baked breads and fabulous cheeses.

Bocadillos San Francisco
One of San Francisco's newest Tapas restaurants is, Bocadillos. Located just outside of the financial district, Bocadillos is a hip, small and loud place to enjoy drinks and great tapas dishes with friends. A pretty large bar can accomodate 14-15 people for drinks or dinner while another 40 seats are available to seat you for dinner. Favorites include the baby back ribs, calamari, flat iron steak and be sure to get the chocolate cake and banana ice cream...a sure crowd pleaser.

San Francisco Chinese Delivery
I am looking for a good Chinese delivery place in San Francisco. For obvious reason, you would think you could find a great Chinese place that delivers...as a matter of fact, there should be a whole bunch. So, why can't I find one? Maybe all of the really good chinese restaurants like Eric's on Church St. don't deliver for a reason? I am really starting to get a bit perplexed about the whole thing. Plus, I am afraid to try and new ones as the last few have been really bad...and used MSG. That stuff is like crack, I don't know who invented it, but it makes me feel like I just took 4 Sudafed. So, if you know of a great Chinese restaurant that delivers, please post a comment here and let us know.

Cappy's Pizza Delivery Boston
Cappy's II on Westland Ave in the Symphony/Fenway is a true east coast pizza experience. From the service staff to the thin crust pizza prepared to perfection. I swear half the time I don't think these guys want my business and the other half of the time I think they are my best friends. However I'll put up with it all for their pizza. Their motto is "Who's Next" and if you happen to be in there on a late weekend night when it's packed with drunken Northeastern students you will know why. The pizza is not overly greasy like many pizza's and I would go as far to say it's almost a "healthy pizza" (if there is such a thing). The thin east coast style crust begs to be folded in half and eaten like it should be. Don't stop at the pizza tho. Cappy's has a full menu and many excellent items including a great breakfast burrito (they call it a breakfast wrap, but I'm from california and I'm not fooled by their east coast lingo). The best part about Cappy's is probably the fact that it's open late, very late. I believe they close at 3am on the weekends and have their full menu (except breakfast) till closing. Breakfast is served till 11:30am. So if you find yourself partying late in the Fenway/Symphony area stop by Cappy's II at the corner of Hemmingway and Westland. You'll be glad you did.
Pad Thai Cafe Boston
PadThai is an excellent Thai cafe on Boylston street near the Berkeley school of music. They offer a relaxed dining environment with no table service. Their wine selection consists of mini bottles and their beer selection is Singha malt beer. The menu items are affordable and consistently good. You will often find many students enjoying this location from the numerous universities in the area. They do deliver with a $15 minimum order and to a limit area. If I recall correctly it's cash only for both delivery and eat in so don't plan on paying with the card. This isn't the place to take a date for a sit down dinner but if you need some consistently good Thai food in a hurry, and for a great price, then check out PadThai cafe. You can stop by on your way to catch the Sox at Fenway as it is only a few blocks away.
Brown Sugar Cafe Boston's Best Thai Food
Well I am lucky that Brown Sugar Cafe delivers (at least the Fenway location) because I would write about it even if they did not. If you are looking for Thai Food Delivery in Boston then Brown Sugar Cafe should be your first stop. They have two locations, The Fenway on Jersey St. about 3 blocks from Fenway park and near Boston University at 1033 Comm Ave. I know the Fenway location delivers cause I am looking at the menu right now, the BU location probably does as well if you are lucky enough to be in the delivery area. If you are not then you should hop on the T and get to one. Voted Boston's best Thai food in 2000 and 2002 by the Improper Bostonion and best takeout in 2003 Brown Sugar lives up to it's hype. Every dish I have had on the menu was prepared to perfection, the wait staff is courteous and attentive and their wine selection is excellent. My personal favorite is the Masaman Curry which you can get with Beef, Pork, Tofu, Vegetarian Ham, Shrimp or Duck. This is probably my all time favorite dish so I order it wherever I can and I have to say Brown Sugar is one of the best. The butternut squash they add is an addition you don't find in many places, and an excellent one at that. I could go on and on about the menu but just know this, whenever someone comes to visit, I always make a point to take them to Brown sugar. That's just how good this place really is.

Amici's Pizza San Francisco
Ok, so you want some good pizza on a cold rainy night like tonight. Then you need to call Amici's, one of San Francisco's best pizza places. I know a lot of you are probably saying that North Beach Pizza has the best pizza...well, if you are from California and you like crust that has more "puff" to it, then North Beach Pizza is probably the place for you. But, if you are from New York (like me) and you want nice thin crust, slightly crispy, great sauce and fresh mozarella cheese and toppings, then you need to call Amici's. They also have great antipasto salads with fresh vegetables and mozarella on top. I have to hand it to them, their pizzas are very consistent...and trust me, I have put them to the test. I had a pie from them last night and if I ordered one right now, I am very confident it would be identical.

Antica Trattoria - San Francisco
This restaurant does not deliver, but I feel compelled to write about it somewhere, so this will be the spot. Located on the northeast corner of Polk and Union, Antica Trattoria combines great food, great ambiance and great service. Walk through the doors, any night but Monday (closed), and Vickie will greet you with a "Bona sera" and a warm smile. Dario and the rest of the wait staff make you feel like you are somewhere in Italy with their accents, knowledge of the menu and the ever improving wine list (built by Dario). All of these things keep you coming back for more. The seasonal menu brings cold weather favorites like Veal stew (braised veal, mirepoix, stock) and basil linguine but, the house favorites like the Tartufata Salad (TRUFFLES!) are always there.
If you are new to San Francisco or planning on a visit, Antica Trattoria will put a smile on your face.

Well, I have never lived in Minneapolis, MN, but I have been up in those parts and it can get a wee bit cold up there. So, it is no wonder that Food Delivery Guide gets a lot of visitors looking for Minneapolis chinese delivery restaurants. So, if you are one of those people, let us help you out by suggesting some of Minneapolis' best chinese restaurants here on our website.
