Ray's Pizza - New York City

Many people know that New York City is famous for Pizza, but most have no idea where to get great New York pizza, when they are visiting the big apple. There are a number of personal favorites, but one of the best is Ray's Pizza on 6th Avenue. Ray's has a number of locations around NYC, and there are many copy-cats as well. The, to the best of my knowledge, original Ray's Pizza is located on 6th Ave. downtown. There you will find nothing fancy, but you will find some amazing slices of pizza and other tasty treats awaiting your arrival. There are always fresh pizzas behind glass with everything from Pepperoni to Ricotta cheese on top. Don't be afraid to try something new. And, of course, Ray's will deliver a pizza right to your door if you are too lazy or too busy to get down there and pick up your own. I am making myself really hungry just writing about this right now. I wish I were in NYC right now!
